New Nike Recreation Uniforms Beginning Fall 2026

U8 & Younger Recreation (Grist Mill)

No major changes!

Our youngest players will continue our long-standing recreation tradition.

  • Multiple jersey colors will remain.
  • Jerseys will no longer feature a number on the back
  • Uniforms will continue to be distributed as they have in previous seasons by your head coach at a training session before the first match

U9 & Older Recreation

This update provides families with:

  • Modern Nike Home & Away uniform kit
  • Each player will be issued a jersey number (special requests can not be accommodated)
  • Fast online ordering with express shipping delivered straight to your home
  • Quality product, built to last for multiple seasons
  • A unified look across the Gunston Recreation Program
  • More sustainable approach by reducing excess inventory and uniform waste


Beginning this fall, U9 and older recreation players will wear a Nike Home & Away uniform kit.


Each player must purchase:

  • Nike Home Jersey
  • Nike Away Jersey


(Player Numbers will be assigned automatically)


Uniforms will be ordered online through the Gunston Soccer Club Nike Sprint Store. The store will open on August 1st.

The new Nike Home & Away kit presents an initial increase of approximately $36 over our

previous recreation uniform.



Because the kit is intended to be used for multiple seasons, our new system offers greater long-

term value for families.
