We are thrilled to announce Christian Rodriguez as our new Program Coordinator. With his professional playing background and extensive knowledge of youth development, Christian will be instrumental in driving the developmental growth of players in all of our programs at Gunston.

A local product, Christian played professionally for seven years, representing Youth National Teams of the USA and El Salvador, as well as top youth academies such as FC Groningen and DC United. He played in the USL Championship and in the first division of El Salvador for several years.

Christian has also coached at the MLS Next level and the ODP level and has studied at the prestigious Johan Cruyff Institute in the Netherlands. He is currently in the process of obtaining his USSF C License.

His dedication to coaching since his playing days ended is impressive, and we are thrilled to have him on our team to support our programs. I am confident that Christian will continue to grow professionally and contribute significantly to the success of our club.”

As program coordinator and travel coach, Christian will be responsible for supporting overall club operations, providing program support to camps and clinics, and helping the club continue to develop and evolve in an effort to best serve all of the soccer players in its community.
