Gunston Soccer Club's Travel Program is designed for talented players interested in pursuing high levels of youth soccer. If you want to increase your training frequency, have a professional coach, and surround yourself with like-minded players from the community, then Gunston travel soccer is for you!
The travel program is a year-round program designed to foster high development levels and push players to reach their athletic potential while also competing with top youth soccer clubs. More information about the Gunston Travel Soccer Program can be found below.
TRAVEL SOCCER TRYOUTS
U9 (2017) - U19 (2007) Boys and Girls
Gunston Soccer will provide two tryout opportunities per player for each age category. It is highly encouraged to attend both sessions.

After receiving your invitation to join the travel team, families will have 72 hours to register and pay the first payment to secure their spot on the roster. Gunston Soccer Club will provide two payment options for 2025-26 travel program fees: monthly payments or payment in full.
GUNSTON SOCCER TRAVEL PROGRAM FEE FOR THE 2025-26 TRAVEL YEAR INCLUDES:
- Coaching Salaries (payroll & taxes): All GSC-qualified and professional coaching staff fees are included
- Gunston Soccer Club Team Fees (Tournament Participation): Additional team-specific programming including tournament competitions (1-2 fall and 2 spring)
- Operational and administrative support staff
- Coaching Education: GSC makes coaching education a priority for all travel coaches. GSC covers the cost of every coach’s coaching education.
- Training: Fall and Spring (2-3 times per week), Winter (1 time per week)
- Administrative Fees: Playmetrics, Operations, Registrations, Fields & Maintenance, Management
- Background Checks, and Safe Sport Compliance: Background checks are performed on all GSC staff and team managers. In addition, they are required to be Safe Sport trained annually.
- League Fees: VYSA, USYSA, USSF, NCSL/EDP/, and Referee Fees
- Fairfax County Player Fees and Permits
- Field, practice, and gameday equipment
GUNSTON SOCCER FEES THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED:
- Gunston Soccer Club Uniform Fees: All players for the 2025-2026 Season must purchase the current GSC uniform package: 2x Game Uniform (Home/Away), 1x Practice Jersey, and 1x Backpack. This will last for 2 years. Additional items such as tracksuits, rain jackets, etc. will be available for purchase.
- Additional Gunston Soccer Club Programming: GSC Summer Camps, FCPS clinics, Winter League, S.A.Q, futsal competitions, etc.
